2021 welcomed a virtual NTW, with online patient information webinars tackling ‘hot topics’ and areas of thrombosis where there is little information.

A key objective for Thrombosis UK is to support, promote and inform research into blood clots.

We are seeking your support for our 2021 Thrombosis UK Research Appeal

Donations to the Thrombosis UK Research Appeal will be specifically be used to support research projects into understanding more about the causes, prevention and management of blood clots also known as thrombosis, deep vein thrombosis (DVT- blood clots usually formed in the legs), pulmonary embolism (PE - blood clots in the lungs) or venous thromboembolism, (VTE, both DVT + PE).
