Thrombosis UK work to support a clear message for the those with a history of blood clots and the COVID-19 vaccination

We delighted to hear that a few of our followers in the UK have already been called for their COVID 19 vaccination within the Risk Group 6 Cohort.

A key objective for Thrombosis UK is to support, promote and inform research into blood clots.

We are seeking your support for our 2021 Thrombosis UK Research Appeal

Donations to the Thrombosis UK Research Appeal will be specifically be used to support research projects into understanding more about the causes, prevention and management of blood clots also known as thrombosis, deep vein thrombosis (DVT- blood clots usually formed in the legs), pulmonary embolism (PE - blood clots in the lungs) or venous thromboembolism, (VTE, both DVT + PE).
